This process control system application was designed and built by Axis Controls for one of our customers, who manufacture FMCG items from their North-West based factory. 

Comprising of Allen-Bradley variable speed drives, and an Allen-Bradley PLC system, with Schneider Electric circuit breakers.

Axis Controls were commissioned by one of our OEM customers to design and build a control and automation application, featuring a Parker 690P variable speed drive and Parker HMI devices for straightforward operator interaction. 

This application was protected by Pilz safety relays.

We designed and delivered two 250kW extruder drive systems to one of our OEM customers; with UL 508a approval ready for distribution out to the US! 

Comprising of the Control Techniques Unidrive M700 250kW variable speed drive range, a Rittal Blue-E cooling uni and Woehner busbar system; alongside more industry-leading brands.

This electrical control panel design was developed to operate a meat plant production line for one of our end-user manufacturer customers.  

This process control system design was developed around a series of Danfoss variable speed drives, integrated with Pilz safety relays.

This electrical control panel design was to be developed around Siemens soft starters and Parker 650 variable speed drives.

The sequence control for this automation project was based around an Omron CP1L PLC, including an operator interface that consisted of an Omron NS8 touchscreen display.

We also decided to use a Pilz modular safety controller for all of the E-stops and guard switches. Click here to find out more.
