A - B PLC Control System

This project was designed and developed for one of our customer's meat processing plants. 

The main plant control panel was handled by an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLC system, that seamlessly interfaced with the established factory wide Wonderware SCADA system.  The electrical industrial control panel also featured a complex, complete safety system with numerous Pilz and Guardmaster safety relays to ensure safety throughout the production process. 

This is a multi-zone french-fry drying system, comprising-

This is an Allen-Bradley PLC system for a decoil desk within an industrial application, alongside an Allen-Bradley 1606-XLS power supply unit (PSU).  

Allen-Bradley software products can be integrated into your electrical control or automation solution to support a range of I/O modules, portable data collectors, drives, servo systems, programmable controllers and sensors. 

This industrial control system consisted of a Allen-Bradley 1743-AENTR PLC, working alongside an Allen-Bradley Compact GuardLogix 5370 Controller. 

This application is ideal for small- to mid-size control applications and integrates built in communication ports for a number of devices.
