At our workshop in Southport, Merseyside we design and manufacture high-quality bespoke electrical control and automation systems. All our electrical control panels are designed and built in-house by our team of specialist electrical control engineers, and control panel builders.

We take the quality and performance of our control and automation applications very seriously; that's why we have invested in a brand-new testing and training wall facility at our site in Southport.

Our team of engineers and panel wiremen take great pride in their work and relish every opportunity to develop their technical skills. With our new training wall facilities, our talented team can develop their programming and commissioning skills for a variety of electrical control and automation solutions from the world's leading brands.

Our brand new testing wall consists of a range of PLC systems, touchscreen HMI solutions, and inverters. By learning and developing new skills 'on-the-job' our technical team has the knowledge to design, develop and deliver the most appropriate electrical control solution for your application, featuring the very latest technology from some of the world's biggest control-gear brands.

All electrical control panels and automation solutions built by Axis Controls have been assembled to the highest possible standards and are fully compliant with the relevant British and European standards; including ISO 9001 accreditation for quality assurance. We are also UL 508A approved, so we can build solutions for use and resale in the US and Canada.

We use the very latest project and design software throughout the building process; ensuring traceability throughout every step of the manufacturing process. At Axis Controls, continual improvement is a key theme; with constant investment into the very latest electrical control panel building equipment, tools, software, and training.
