Axis Controls were tasked with designing and developing a system suitable for maintaining accurate temperature control of these nine fermentation tanks. Read more here.

Omron EC5 temperature controllers were chosen for this application, which controlled the cooling water solenoid valves on each of the fermentation tanks.

This application features Omron control and automation components for an OEM customer, comprising of; Omron relay systems alongside Allen-Bradley ControlLogix equipment and Phoenix Contact solutions. 

Omron I/O relay terminals simplify the control unit by connecting PLCs with other control gear; whilst reducing internal wiring.
