Goods Returns Policy

Returned merchandise requires prior written authorization.
Contact our administration department for a goods return number.
Claims for shortage or damaged goods must be made within 3 days of receipt.
All merchandise must be in the original packaging and sealed cartons.
All returned goods must include a packing list and must be shipped freight prepaid.
Goods can only be returned within 7 days of receipt.
A 20% handling charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time prior to 2 working days before goods despatch, without incurring a cancellation fee. Order cancellation within 2 working days of goods despatch will incurr a 20% handling fee.
