Parker AC30V Inverter Control Panel VSDs

Parker AC30V Inverter Control Panel

This multi drive inverter control panel forms part of a new meat processing plant.

The system comprises 18 x Parker AC30V inverter drives, which are used for variable speed pump control as part of the food manufacturing process.

The system is housed in a 4.8m Rittal control panel.

The complete process is handled by a Rockwell Control Logix PLC.

A Woehner busbar system was utilised, along with control gear from Schneider Electric.

Parker AC30V Inverter Pump Control Panel

This inverter pump control panel was built for a Seychelles hotel complex.

The system was designed to offer constant cold water pressure throughout the hotel.

We chose the very latest Parker AC30V inverter drives.

The system is controlled by an Omron PLC, which changes pump duty every 24 hours.

A Sick PBS pressure transducer transmits the current water pressure to each drive. A PID loop in each inverter then maintains the required mains water pressure.

Multi Inverter Drive Control Panel

This inverter control panel was built for a leading food manufacturer.

The system was controlled by an Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC.

Six Parker 650V inverter drives were used to control production line speeds.

Schneider (Telemecanique) motor control gear was specified by the customer.

Machine safety is controlled by a Pilz safety system.

A Siemens DC power supply and backup UPS was also incorporated.

The PLC uses EthernetIP comms to update the factory DCS system.

Built for a North West machine builder, this inverter control panel is for a steel coiling machine.

The system comprises of three Mitsubishi inverters, a mitsubishi PLC and touchscreen, with Schneider & Allen-Bradley control gear.

A Pilz PNOZ Sigma safety system monitors E-Stops and Guard Switches.

VSD Compressor Control Panel

This compressor variable speed drive control panel, was one of five built for Titan Steel Wheels.

The 132 kW Mitsubishi inverter is linked by a comms interface to an Energair control system.

An Energair touchscreen mounted on the door provides operator feedback of the compressor process values.

Significant energy savings have been realised with this system.

Safety monitoring is provided by a Pilz PNOZ safety relay.

Steel Tube Tapering Inverter Control Panel

This steel tube tapering inverter control panel was built for Boxer Design, a Stockport based machine builder.

The system uses an Omron RX inverter with encoder feedback card, and two Omron MX2 inverters.

Process control is handled by an Omron CP1L PLC and an Omron NS5 touchscreen. Allen-Bradley and Schneider control gear was used.

A Pilz PNOZ Sigma safety system monitors Estops and machine guard switches.

This inverter control panel is designed to open and close very large entry doors into anechoic chambers used in the EMC tesing industry.

We chose Parker 650V inverters for the door operation, due to their ease of programming and reliability.

We used Schneider control gear and a Schneider Zelio programmable relay for system control.

Machine safety is monitored by a Guardmaster safety relay.

This industrial control panel was supplied to North West OEM : Rainford EMC Systems.

Tank Aerator Inverter Control Panel

This 30 kW tank aerator system was supplied to Anglesey based abattoir Welsh Country Foods.

The system uses a 30 kW Omron F7 constant torque inverter.

Due to the distance between the inverter control room and the motor, we used a sinusoidal output filter that compensates for the long motor cable length.

The turnkey system provides an accurate means of varying the aerator mixer flow in the huge outdoor tanks.

This inverter pump control panel was designed and built for a local salad producer.

The system is controlled by a Siemens S7-200 PLC and has three Siemens Micromaster 420 inverters.

The inverters are running a PID loop to maintain constant water pressure for the greenhouse sprinkler system.

A Sick PBS series digital pressure transducer provides water pressure feedback to the PID loop.

This system provided substantial energy savings, giving a payback period of less than 14 months.
